EE216 Sensory-based Robotics

Scheduled on Tue/Thr 5pm at Votey Room 361 (3 credits) and individual or group meeting about the project

1. Description
Introduction to broad aspects on modern robotics, including industrial robotic hand, humanoid robot, personal robot, mobile robot, and entertainment robot.

1) Project Presentations: 30% Three times 20-minutes project presentation(10% each)
1st presentation [proposal]: powerpoint and draft in progress
2nd presentation [progress report]: status updates and report in progress
3nd presentation [final report]: comprehensive paper
2) Quiz: 10% sometime about textbook and powerpoint (total)
3) Class Contribution: 10% questions for project presentation
4) Exam: 20% two times about textbook and lectures (10% each)
5) Final Project Report: 30% or
